This cake is one you can curate and is perfect for the nostalgic part of your special, taking you back to when sheet cakes were 'the thing' and now we have modernized it for the new world to love and experience.

The stunning, iconic and utterly chíc c Minki van der Westhuizen inspired this cake. We named the cake after her. It keeps reminding me of the privilege I had to decorate and curate her 40th birthday cake.
